1. Taraflar: İşbu sözleşme satıcı Bergwex ile alıcı arasında elektronik ortamda onaylandığı tarihte yürürlüğe girmiştir.

2. Sözleşmenin Konusu: Alıcının, satıcıya ait internet sitesi üzerinden siparişini verdiği ürünlerin satışı ve teslimi ile ilgili olarak 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ve Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği hükümleri gereğince tarafların hak ve yükümlülüklerinin belirlenmesidir.

3. Temel Nitelikler ve Fiyat: Ürünlerin cinsi, miktarı, marka/modeli ve tüm vergiler dahil satış bedeli sipariş detaylarında belirtildiği gibidir.

4. Cayma Hakkı: Alıcı, ürünü teslim aldığı tarihten itibaren 14 gün içinde cayma hakkını kullanabilir.

Siparişleriniz onaylandıktan sonra en geç 3 (üç) iş günü içinde kargoya teslim edilir. Kargo teslimat süresi teslimat adresine göre değişiklik gösterebilmekle birlikte genellikle 1-3 iş günüdür. Kargo takibi için sipariş sonrası tarafınıza gönderilen takip numarası kullanılabilir. Lütfen teslim alırken paketi kontrol ediniz, hasarlı paketleri kargo yetkilisine tutanak tutturarak teslim almayınız.

Satın aldığınız ürünleri teslimat tarihinden itibaren 14 (on dört) gün içerisinde herhangi bir gerekçe göstermeksizin iade edebilirsiniz. İade edilecek ürünlerin orijinal kutusunda, hasarsız, kullanılmamış ve tüm aksesuarlarıyla birlikte gönderilmesi gerekmektedir. İade işlemini başlatmak için üye panelinizden veya destek hattımızdan talep oluşturabilirsiniz. İade kargo ücreti anlaşmalı kargomuz kullanıldığında firmamıza aittir.

• We retain full ownership of goods until paid in full
• Risk passes to you the moment goods leave our warehouse
• In case of non-payment or insolvency, we may enter your premises and repossess goods without trespass

• We may change specifications without notice if the replacement is equivalent or improved
• New parts: 12-month warranty against defects (or manufacturer's longer warranty if applicable)
• Used / reconditioned parts: sold "as-is" with no warranty unless stated
• Warranty claims require return freight prepaid + original invoice
• Warranty void if non-genuine parts used or improper installation

If you are in the EEA, we process data based on consent, contract performance, or legal obligations.

We retain order data until you request deletion. You have the right to access, correct, or erase your data — contact us anytime.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for:

• Consequential, indirect or special damages
• Loss of profit, data, goodwill or business
• Damage from unsuitable or improper use

Our maximum liability is limited to repair, replacement or refund of the purchase price.
